The outcome of this effort was the unveiling of the office’s groundbreaking 2020-2022 Strategic Plan, marking a notable milestone for a state prosecutor’s office. This plan serves as a documentation of the guiding principles driving the office’s operations and the factors influencing their decision-making process. The plan encompassed five primary priorities, further delineated into individual projects and overarching thematic objectives.
